I don't think that the two are the same thing. Not only that is this. I ask you this question. My convictions, I was convicted and I was convicted by a jury. And I was convicted because technically and 100%, I had committed a crime. I did not pay my taxes on time. And even though I paid them with penalties and interest, it's a crime to do so.
