Some of your colleagues mentioned a flat tax as a possibility. You have hinted that that probably isn't happening. Is that realistic in this budget to go straight to a flat tax at this point? We will have a tax cut. There's no doubt about that. We've got a surplus. And in terms of the structure of a tax cut, we're still working on that, but there will definitely be an opportunity to return some of that tax money back to the taxpayers. (01:41–01:45)
