I try to use this office to support our veterans in any way I can. I'm proud of the Veteran Entrepreneurship Grant program that we established. This provides $500,000 per year to support entrepreneurs that are veterans. as well as to encourage our employers to hire veterans. In addition to our veteran service to our country, many of them are some of the most active volunteers in our community, serving on village boards, county boards, et cetera. (00:30–00:44)
