It's perfectly sensible that the President, United States should design our foreign policy. How could he not? Right. That would be ludicrous for him not to be able to do it. But The backbone of our tariff agenda is also these, what we'll call sectoral tariffs, you know, autos. Right. Things like semiconductors, those kind of things where we can bring manufacturing back to America. So that's part of the joy of being the Commerce Secretary. (21:21–21:30)
