Today, I want to talk about something many of you feel on a very tangible level every day, but maybe can't quite put your finger on right away. Congress is broken. Right now, we are in the 119th Congress. So far, more than 17,000 bills have been introduced. That includes over 8,000 bills in the House and more than 8,000 in the Senate. Out of all these bills, only 69 have become law. Think about that. That's not progress. (00:15–00:25)
