And it's very sad to me because no president likes to be questioned by the Congress. I don't care what party you are. But that's part of the way our system was set up. Under our Constitution, the Congress is supposed to serve as a check on the executive power. And I think it's unfortunate that they have failed to do that. And, you know, basically, basically, it's the Republican Party that doesn't want to in any way hold the administration accountable. (21:32–21:40)
