And literally, I rank President Johnson's speech promoting the Voting Rights Act as one of the greatest speeches I personally have ever experienced. I remember being glued to our little black and white tv, watching him make the case for this legislation to protect the voting rights of all Americans, particularly black and other minority Americans.
