There is strong language and I want to thank the Chairman for putting that strong language. But also for the first time that we add language where we are saying We cannot depend on the Rio Grande anymore, both on the US and the Mexican side. Sometime in the future we got to look at what do we do for the communities that depend on the Rio Grande. (01:48–01:54)
