Back about nine years ago, we actually did get a FRA study that was conducted by the Texas Department of Transportation and The study identified a clear opportunity for growth from Oklahoma, Dallas, San Antonio, and then Laredo down to Monterrey. Having this passenger train will be good for business, and it would certainly be good for tourism between the state of Texas, Oklahoma and, of course, down to the Republic of Mexico. (00:41–00:53)
