The Texas grant, the largest scholarship in Texas history. House Bill 713. That was my legislation. I also worked on the South Texas Initiative. Older folks know what I'm talking about. Yeah. The South Texas Initiative was basically in the 90s where we said, we are going to provide more education, higher ed in South Texas. You could count maybe a few PhDs, a few masters. And so what we did is from San Antonio, Eagle, I mean, Corpus Christi, this area, the Valley, Laredo, El Paso. (06:39–06:51)
