So I thank both of them and their staff. I want to talk about two provisions that got added. One provision deals with The outcome based program review calls for all the agencies under this bill to review all their existing regulations, internal policies, administrative requirements to identify what is outdated, what's duplicative and what's not needed, that is unnecessarily burdensome and find opportunities for cost savings and better program delivery. If we spend a dollar, let's get the bank for $1. So I certainly want to thank them for adding this. The other one is the energy workforce development language that got added. (00:35–01:01)
