We tried, didn't get to that, but we do know that there was a reconciliation that added $260 billion to the department. I'm a big supporter of the Department, but I'm big supporter of Article 1 of the Constitution. And That $260 billion is more than four times what Congress usually allocates to the department in one fiscal year. including not including the disaster relief fund.
