But I do want to say thank you on one particular provision that affects a lot of the members on the border. This has to do with the water under the 1944 Water Treaty where Mexico is directed to release an average of 350,000 acre feet of water to Texas every year on a five year cycle under the 1944 Water Treaty. I know that my good friend Tony Gonzalez knows this Lake Amistad. I have Lake Falcon also. And if you look at it, they're supposed to be releasing Mexico under that treaty, is supposed to be releasing 350,000 acres every year. (00:57–01:14)
