First of all, the language directing more funding toward land ports of entry infrastructure is very important. As you know, seaports are important, airports are important. But 80 to 85% of all the goods and all the people come through land ports. There's not a sufficient funding. So I want to thank both the member, the chairman and the ranking member to directing the department to consider how we can look at the current discretionary grant programs to assist local communities to address this.
