And so it's those kinds of circumstances and one other issue that I think we ought to briefly address with regard to the transportation side things. If you'll remember, earlier this year I brought to the attention of the administration the fact that We have an untold number of non English speaking truck drivers on our roads. And the accidents have just absolutely skyrocketed because they can't read our signs. Now they probably know stock and they know green, red and yellow.
