We did not. We only spent $7 billion. That's part of why we were able to save a total of $1.6 trillion in spending. And what we did is We created much more of a fee-based immigration system. So rather than the American public being responsible and on the hook for paying all of the costs associated with people coming to our country, the people who engage with our immigration system are the ones that are going to pay for it.
