And you could do that in 1962 and even in the 60s and 70s and maybe the 80s. But now There are so many barriers that young people can't even take that same kind of a risk [in agriculture]. You've got bankers who obviously would say, no, that's going to be part of it. But you've also got these policies coming out of Washington, D.C. that everybody thinks, oh, this is a great idea, what a good idea. (01:12–01:18)
