So this is something that I think is very, very important to protect our First Amendment rights. One example of where this could be used is if you remember during the storms last year, FEMA admitted that they were not going to those homes that had Trump signs. Well, that's clearly viewpoint discrimination. Under my bill, if you were one of those households, you would be able to sue the federal government for that kind of viewpoint discrimination.
