We all understand that in order to get housing costs under control here in this country, We need to build more housing that is affordable to working class Americans, middle class Americans and everyday Americans. Because right now the demand for housing that is affordable to everyday Americans is here and it greatly exceeds the supply. And so we have to bring that into balance. (13:18–13:27)
