We came into this year and everyone was talking about how the Democratic Party was dead, really, as far as I could tell in the House, the only reason why Republicans have their narrow majority right now is because they Republicans stole three seats from the people of North Carolina in mid-decade redistricting last year. That's the lesson that they've learned. Because their policies are unpopular, the outcomes are unpopular, they've delivered nothing for the American people.
