And of those 40 seats, 31 were in districts that Donald Trump had just won. In this particular instance, we started out this Congress needing to flip three, when it's all said and done, Republicans at best will add a handful of gerrymandered seats to that total when it's all said and done. So I think what that means is that we just have to flip a fraction of the seats that we flipped in 2018, a fraction of the seats that we flipped in 2018, and we're in the majority. (11:53–12:12)
