Before ICE agents can go breaking into the homes of American people and then ripping them out of their homes in the middle of the night. Unacceptable. An explicit prohibition is necessary on sensitive locations [for ICE operations]. ICE agents en masse who are poorly trained should not be able to target houses of worship, hospitals, schools and polling locations, we need to make sure that state and local officials can actually, criminally investigate ICE agents who violate state and local laws.
