They're blaming everybody for the situation that we're in here. What if Democrats end up taking the brunt of this going into midterms next fall? Well, so far, this is what we're willing to do. There are Democrats calling for slashing public services, slashing NIH research, slashing snap. This is, this is not something that Democrats are calling for. So I think that if Republicans want to use the shutdown as an excuse to bring the chainsaw in, continuing to do it, it will become crystal clear to Americans who's doing this. (04:08–04:22)
