Well, it really is the Arizona legislature and the former governor who passed a very cynical law in just a couple of years ago in which They tried to suggest that they were in favor of a 15-week ban as the law in Arizona, but did not repeal the 1864 law. If they were serious that they had the courage of their convictions, they would have repealed this 1864 law. So this wouldn't even be an issue in Arizona. (07:33–07:55)
