If the President of the United States and his administration want to no longer fund 21st century learning centers like it here. Come to Congress, make your case. But you know what happened? You'll fail because Democrats and Republicans understand how important out of school time is and quality out of school time to enhance learning. It's a different type of learning than in a structured environment in a classroom. But the learning that goes on here at this club, in the afterschool programs, on the Alhambra sites is equally as important in the development of that child. (11:44–11:53)
