And here's an idea. We haven't changed overtime since the 1930s. I know so many people in your cities, so many of Your members pull seven 12s and barely get ahead. What if we make it so that overtime pays more than a time and a half so they have time with their families, can save up, and can actually get ahead after they work seven days a week?
