We have a shortage of teachers, we've got a shortage of firefighters, we've got a shortage of people to care for our elderly. We know there's a lot of people that aren't able to go to work because they don't have affordable child care, or they're not able to go to work because they've got to care for an aging parent. And so in the age of AI, if we suddenly start losing a significant number of workers and work in a structural way we can actually have a modest tax on AI, use that funding to hire millions of workers.
