I hear it all the time everyday people, union members pulling 7 12s and still can't seem to get ahead. So today I am announcing our new bill that we have worked on together to guarantee that American workers who go the extra mile and work overtime not just get paid time and a half, but get paid double their salary, double their wage for their hard work. And I'm not alone. We have the support of many in the union movement. My co authors are Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal and Congressman Stephen Horsford, who some of you all may know. (10:38–10:55)
