You get your appraisal, you protest it, all that kind of stuff, as opposed to having an appraisal given to you every year that should be reduced to only one time, every five years. Second, the way Texas law works right now, Your appraisal can go up to as much as 10% a year. That has to be stopped. We must cap that, not at 10% a year, but lower that cap to no more than 3% a year for your appraisal.
