As I mentioned earlier, a law that I signed last session, we have cities across the state that are finding ways to skirt around the laws that we've already passed to rein in all of the costly mandates imposed by cities. And so now We're adding teeth to [the laws addressing affordability]. that as well as making sure that what homeowners like, what we have right here are going to be able to build additions to add family members.
