On the day that the President signed Obamacare into law, I went to court, filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama, telling him not to mess with Texas. Now, you all know this past June, The Supreme Court ruled against us [regarding Obamacare]. And so that fight was lost because the United States Supreme Court said that Obamacare really was the Obama tax, imposing a tax on millions of middle class Americans. (06:41–06:52)
