Under The state disaster declaration includes Bandera, Bayer, Burnett, Caldwell, Koch, Kumal, Concho, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Kimball, Lano, Mason, McCullough, Menard, Reeves, San Saba, Tom, Green, Travis and Williamson. That means because of that that the state is providing additional resources for those counties and state based assistance on the federal disaster declaration.
