And so everything that's going to be hugely important to the future is taking place right here in the state of Texas. And now Texas, we have created our own stock exchange and that created competition. Now The New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq, they've set up operations in Dallas, Texas, to compete with the Texas Stock Exchange. Well, I, I love my friends in Texas. God bless Texas.
