Today I'm announcing the Governor's Task Force on Early Childhood Education and Care as a result of House Bill 117. By representing Schoolcraft in the House and Senator Campbell in the Senate. The goal is to evaluate child care and early learning programs across all state agencies. We want to improve the quality of those programs. We want to make it easier for providers to operate. That in fact will in turn lower the costs for parents. (03:39–03:47)
