Well, there's the main thing that we could provide that we are seeking to achieve is to ensure a well trained workforce. And let me just give you some examples of what we did over the past session or two. Texas invested $7 billion for workforce training programs in high schools and in colleges, including Texas State Technical College. to make sure that going back to the high school level, we're educating kids, helping students understand a four year college program not really right for everybody.
