I signed a law this past session to ban the ability of any foreign adversary like China, Russia, Iran or North Korea from buying property in the state of Texas. And I use that same law to go on and identify those who are foreign terrorist organizations or like the Muslim Brotherhood and cair. And I designated them as foreign terrorist organizations.
