I was here in the Rio Grande Valley a few years ago to sign a law capping the cost of insulin. Insulin had become unaffordable for far too many families. And I signed a law that limited the cost of insulin to just $25 a month. One of our guests here that I was talking to earlier said that before that they were paying about $78 a month. Now that's been trimmed down to $25 a month. (03:32–03:38)
