I've been involved in redistricting since just after the year 2000. And I know this process. I follow this process. And when I learned about the result of that lawsuit that said Coalition districts are no longer required. When I saw the results of the presidential election, I knew that we had the basis to draw lines that were going to be perfectly legal, perfectly fair, and provide voters with the candidate of their choice in their congressional districts.
