And I was so proud that we were able to present a great portfolio of shovel ready sites because of our shovel ready Site investment program, the best workforce in America and of course, the most business friendly state in America. We've streamlined 25% of our regs and the red tape has been cut in the Commonwealth. And so it was a great opportunity for us to showcase why Virginia is the most attractive place to build this facility. And they could have gone anywhere and they chose the Commonwealth of Virginia.
