And under that bill, we're going to try to stop the current trend of closing down these facilities. People who want to close down these facilities do it in part by saying People have to try and fail and work three times and get fired three times in the community before they're allowed to work in these [sheltered workshop] facilities. That's really just a horrible thing and as a practical matter makes it very difficult for people to work in these sort of facilities. (01:32)
