I think all across the board, we ought to be giving more responsibility to the states, including retire, requiring the states to pay for a decent share of those benefits. One of the big problems in all the crookedness in Minnesota is it was just the federal government's money they were wasting. And what I think they ought to do, they ought to have, you know, maybe 30% of the SNAP benefits pay for the state level, and maybe they'd be a little more frugal with the taxpayer dollar.
