Well, Congressman, as you know, I cannot comment. It's an act of rulemaking now, and, you know, developing that process is going to be working with Congress. And Absent of any congressional action, many states have taken on their own determination of whether they want to continue with 14C or not. This is an important issue to so many members of Congress.
