It's a great honor to be here today. And this is a story on two levels. On the first level of it, Governor, thank you for your exceptional leadership. Governor Kathy Hochul has set a standard, and that standard is consistent. And we're here in the Hudson Valley from different communities, but it's a standard that exists all the way north to Plattsburgh and west to Jamestown and to Fredonia and out to the tip of Suffolk County.
