So we're providing an abundance of support that has never existed for counties for housing construction. What we're asking for is accountability and transparency. Unusorious fees that frankly have been abused, not in every case, but in many counties all across the state. While I'm sensitive to that critique, I've been hearing it for years and years and years and I feel like we've struck the right balance with this legislation. (39:59–40:07)
