Just did a new executive order in the state and we're flooding the zone with state support in a way we've never done in the past. When I got there, Michael, this is important. There was never a governor that actually there was no homeless plan in the state of California. There was no support for cities and counties. And it felt that way. We had under Schwarzenegger.
