In the past, governors have just simply rejected all the recommendations of the prologue. They didn't read one of them that was very recent. The last governor was one who really started to shift in terms of that mindset, raised the bar in terms of expectations. But I'll tell you, for me, you raised the bar of opportunity to get released.
