And that's why just a few weeks ago, I did another emergency declaration, emergency proclamation. And interestingly and coincidentally, today, the first project under that emergency proclamation is now taking shape up in Humboldt. And The goal of that proclamation is to identify a need and with that emergency proclamation, to actually get the project up and running within 30 days. You might recall we did something called CalVTP, which is a programmatic EIR, fancy word for a 20 million acre forest management effort. But there's small projects. We're falling through the gaps.
