It's been reflected in some of the Laos own estimates but it's reflected in this budget through just again the contributions from the big three of over $16.5 billion. Interestingly to put it in perspective they're referencing the LAO Since their November estimate it's $56.3 billion more than they had originally estimated just in November. That's just a few months ago. It shows the nature of the economy in the state, nature of that growth engine. It's a rather extraordinary number. (16:57–17:05)
