One of the critical things that we also are mindful of is that it's also about people, not just technology. We have doubled the size of cal fire, about 11,500 personnel. Just shy. That's almost double when I got here. Our investments, $3.8 billion in the current budget was a little over 2 billion when I started. That's where the money went. It went into personnel, went into equipment, went into the largest civilian aerial firefighting fleet in the world, the seven C130s, four that are operational, two more that will get done by the end of the calendar year.
