But If anyone does get any settlements in California, and they're California residents, and we know there are a lot of those 1600 or so folks that were convicted and as you said, most who pled guilty and many that had juries of their peers that convicted them, that if they do receive any compensation, they'll be taxed at 100% as relates to the state taxes for that.
